Questions
Is there a free trial?
No. The free plan has no time limit, and your free account never turns into a paid one on its own. If you choose Premium, it renews each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription.
What happens if I cancel?
Premium stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your account moves to Free: your address, inbox, calendar and record stay as they are, and Premium features lock. If you're over the free 1 GB, incoming mail still arrives, but adding new attachments pauses until you free up space or subscribe again.
Does my co-parent need to pay, or sign up?
No. Nothing is required from them.
I'm an attorney or mediator.
Professional accounts don't need a subscription. Your access to each client's record comes from that client.
